This is how it works. Our MicroNeedling tool glides over the epidermal layer of the skin to create tiny, micro-punctures in the skin which stimulates elastin and collagen production. • -Ice-pick scars – these are deep, narrow, pitted scars.
• -Rolling scars – broad depressions with a sloping edge.
• -Boxcar scars – broad depressions with sharply defined edges.
